All services are performed by licensed, insured, and bonded plumbing professionals in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.
Service appointments can be scheduled by calling 951-799-LEAK, submitting our online booking form, or contacting us through our website. While we make every effort to accommodate requested appointment times, scheduling is subject to technician availability and service area coverage. Emergency service requests are prioritized based on the severity and safety implications of the reported issue. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice to the customer.
Professional Leak Detection provides upfront pricing and detailed written estimates before beginning any work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be revised if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to and approved by the customer before additional work proceeds. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options where available. A service call fee may apply for diagnostic evaluations and is disclosed at the time of scheduling.
Professional Leak Detection provides workmanship warranties on all completed repairs, the duration and terms of which are specified on your service invoice. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials supplied by Professional Leak Detection. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, third-party modifications, acts of nature, pre-existing conditions not caused by our work, or normal wear and deterioration. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period by contacting our office at 951-799-LEAK.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including clearing obstructions, securing pets, and disclosing known hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, or structural instability. Customers must ensure that an authorized adult is present at the property during scheduled service appointments. Failure to provide adequate access or disclose known hazards may result in service delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.
Professional Leak Detection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, revenue, or profit. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
